Okay, so I noticed that today and a few days before today, that I've become more agitated. Yes I'm getting released of some of my medicine, mainly the emotional (or is it behavioral) medication. That might have something to do with it, but remembering some of the previous research I did WAAAY before I found this forum site is that some of the werewolf signs include deep, fast, heavy breathing. That happened today as for I got angry at my dad for interrupting what I was doing. I don't get angry easily (or not) but as far as that sign goes, it feels like it's returning. Also, this isn't part of any research, just background knowledge, I've noticed that I become increasingly agitated during dawn and dusk. May that mean anything.
That's as far as I noted, besides scratching the walls when agitated as well. Might any of this mean anything?

Anger apart from any medical conditions can occur during and at the start of a transformation. You can become agitated as well. If im awaken to early in the morning i can become agitated and cranky. Transformations begin at night for werewolves, so dusk till dawn even if the sun is poking its head before it goes down a werewolf can still transform. We often return to our human form just before or while the sun is about to rise. Because we are mostly night creatures our eyes are sensitive to the light. If you notice if you try and start to shift by day your eyes can become sensitive to the light. It has been said that we can shift by day i do believe that may be true but only in secluded low lit areas, where the sun is not bright. Often i dont feel the urge to shift by day its normally always at night. But thats not to say i never get the urge to shift by day ither. Often the sunlight makes me very sleepy all i want to do is sleep, even the warmth of a heater at night can make me tired, haha i cant stand it on me for long. As for your wall scratching that can indicate your feeling stressed, irritated and trapped. If you cannot complete a transformation somewhere this may continue if its caused by the werewolf side. If its caused by a medical condition i suggest you maybe bring up to the doctor your feeling agitated for no reason, though i understand that may not be wise since they try and jam medicine down your throat. Maybe try some soothing techniques such as meditation, yoga anything that evolves exercise too could be beneficial. And it works wonders for both animal and human alike.
