So as I kinda said in my last post, I think I lost my shifting powers. Sadly, I think I may need to start from scratch ALL the way in the beginning. However I feel that's not the case. Maybe if I subconsiously remind myself who I really am, it'll start returning to me. Maybe not, but before I went to sleep I started repeated to myself "I am a wolf" over and over again. May have worked, may have not. But what I DID notice was that I'm somewhat stiff and sore when I woke up. So yeah that may be a result. Yeah-- I just wanna know what ya'll think when you're back online. See ya'll soon!

I think you have shifted in your sleep. It happens to me too except for the soreness part. That's sometimes.

I've noticed this type of trend myself. My shifting tends to hit "low spots" and they are times when I wonder if I really am a were. Granted school, life and work tend to get in the way. Though I've personally noticed, and I don't know how it will apply to you or any others on here, but I know my shifting is the strongest in the winter. It's pretty interesting, but my strongest shifts happen then. But, I'm in a dorm and at school during that time, so it is quite difficult to juggle all of that. The nice part is I will be rooming with my best friend, who happens to know what I am. It should be a bit easier this year. Anywho, I don't think you lost it persay, but it will eventually come back. I too am in that same stage where shifting doesn't really happen to often. The way it helps me personally, is by mental shifting, it tends to kick start everything and help shifting a bit easier. Either way, hope you can get back into the swing of things with shifting. As for waking up stiff and sore, I have woken up the same way before, its normal after a partial shift. I wake up tired, sore and a lot of times it takes a while to move. Otherwise, good luck and hope you can start shifting again.

You can be yourself in there. Cool.
