Sometimes I feel as though I am keeping the shifts on the inside without even trying. I know that didn't sound too good but that is how it feels. I try to shift and sometimes I feel the energy coming. The shifting comes when I feel very relaxed. Especially when I am asleep. It all started when I was very little and decided to force myself to not shift. I know and been knew it was dumb ever since I remembered that incident... How do you guys feel when you keep your shifts inside?

If I don't shift for a little while, I can manage it physically, but mentally I tend to get a bit more irritable. I try to shift often enough to prevent that.

I agree with Dromaniscus completely I've been feeling this way lately. Sadly it's terrible but I seem to be taking it out on my friends and they have noticed my outbursts. It sucks being in college and not having an "Outlet" anymore, and shifting in a dorm is a terrible idea... Oddly enough I've had the same, well for a lack of a better word, symptoms as a big cat being caged. I've been pacing when I stand for long periods of time, I avoid eye contact and this is probably a bad idea, but I usually dig my nails into the palm of my hand to make myself stop shaking. When I'm home I usually go for a walk and in some form of way I usually shift (Mental or partial.) Anywho, to the original post, your not alone I've had to adjust to dorm life and it feels like a cage and I really can't do anything shifting wise.
