I know us Weres even if we are cats, Wolves ect are Omnivores we still have to be and well science lol. BUT Can a Werewolf or Werecat ect feel weaker with less energy if we do not get to eat meat like beef ect. Humans say eating a lot of red meat is bad for you but what about for Weres? The only red meat i get to have more is ground beef and for some reason my feline nature is like great ground beef (as in grrr) My husband tried to explain why such as one of the reasons is it is kind of processed maybe in a sense and looks chewed. (I never even seen cats eat ground beef) But how much steak for example if affordable should a Were have? Would chicken ect also help? (I for some reason don't like pork much yet i am a Leopard maybe its just how these damned factory farms do it and grass fed ect may be better? yet grass fed beef which is soooo much better, is VERY expensive. i was only able to have it once) Anyway.. so I do notice if I lack red meat like a good steak even if its cheap steak.. I feel better afterwards. Chicken is eather way.. Leopards have a wide range of diet depending on region so.. I hope I am making sense.

Yes. No eating red meat is not bad for you. If any human or were does not eat enough red meat they can get sick. Even say for example a were deer will have to have a substitute as my doctor told me vegetables take longer to break down in your stomach such carrot or lettuce which contain iron. I was low on iron a month ago and was lethargic and often more tired then usual, i couldn't work out why so i went to the doctor. I was not consuming enough red meat, and i dident even realize it. When you are mixing anything with a human you have to cater to both diets, unless you stay a animal forever if that's possible. As for grey wolves they are classed as carnivores, but some do eat small amounts of fruit. Taken this info from wolf.orgFor gray wolves: Gray wolves can survive on about 2 1/2 pounds of food per wolf per day, but they require about 7 pounds per wolf per day to reproduce successfully. The most a large gray wolf can eat at one time is about 22.5 pounds. Taken this info from referenceFor Lions: Lions need an average of 11 to 15 pounds of meat per day, but they do not need to eat every day. If a lion makes a large kill, it may eat up to 66 pounds of meat at once and then not eat for several days. I would subtract that for house cats and house dogs they would not eat anywhere near as much. But for wild dogs and cats it may be a bit more but that's not necessarily true.

ya that is why i do not understand human Vegans at all. Saying they are compleatly healthy and that everyone should go Vegan because humans do not NEED meat at all it is some taste choice or something. If only they knew about us lol.
