So, I've been trying a few methods for shifting. Plus I've been trying these out these methods out a few minutes before I sleep so I'm not sure if that helps. Also, I dont' constantly practice which makes me wonder what I'm supposed to be feeling/noticing. Any advice on how to properly do it?
It's kinda ironic how I want to shift into a were so badly but I don't put any effort into it. I guess I feel it'll spontaniously come to me, if not I'll somehow figure it out.

If your already a Were then it will come to you in time. I am not really sure I count as a Were but.. there is no Proper *method* to Shifting. BUT don't push and rush it eather. Do what feels right for you to do.

If you shift, and you're a "human" then you fit into the definition of a were. But I understand, thanks. I just feel that everyone out there in this community has already shifted and I'm... like some sort of late bloomer, y'know?

I felt the same way many times. So i know how you feel. I never had any real full shifts so i can relate. i had small ones but thats about it. Tis why eventually I want to do a little more.

Yeah, I feel like I have a little shifts like sense-shifting. But even at that, it takes so long to fully realize this.. but I hope it'll come soon. Thanks

that part.. I do not know. I am not a big multitasker. and for example school would not be a good place. Make sure you would be in a good place before even trying.

I don't think there's too much I can say about how to do it, since shifting tends to be slightly different for each person. But I can tell you my personal experience when shifting, and see if it helps you. When shifting, I tend to focus on my form (though a variety of ways) and then the shift usually progresses from there. At first, I don't really feel anything physically, but as time goes on, I start to feel things like my bones, head, and muscles aching (a deep ache, almost like when you're getting sick with a really bad cold, except slightly different and without the rest of the cold symptoms) and then that's when they start to feel really hot (it's akin to what you might feel if you were roasting a fire inside of yourself) as if they're going to shift. After that, then they actually do shift as far as they can go. I don't know how much this will help, but hopefully it gives you an idea of what you'd feel and be looking out for when shifting.
